Well hello again.
Its been a while sense I been here, Not that I did that much before. I think my people observations here for a while once more. I been needing a good place to vent them.
I been doing 3d modeling in blender for the past year and it has given me a chance for some good people watching.
When I started I knew many "Game designers" and quite a few of them had considerable education in the field. Although they learned on dated autodesk software and their education quickly obsoleted...Although to be fair there are budget options on both sides of the law on how to stay current. Keep in mind I am not saying break the law but you know...If I spent 4 years in collage for a degree in something I would find a way to keep current in it. Some-How! (and btw there is freeware 3d modeling software that is...good to say the least)
But As time went on and I began to get traction in learning 3d modeling. And btw I started with zero artistic talent. Their claimed skill sets went from things that produce a tangible result to things such as "project manager, script editor...." And I know those have tangible results! but you know. Its a step in the direction of proof avoidance.
I think I will use this one for random observations and screenshot hosting. for when I am trying to scrape up feedback.

of constructs and people
Observation on people:
There are two types I have noticed recently. Those that have something they want to do, and are looking for events and constructs to justify it, And those who respond to the situation at hand ether randomly or by reflecting upon it. I will admit being of the first type makes it far easer to make plans.
It amuses me how people can create psudo-intelectual constructs. It seems to be a process of filtering information that can be used, Quite often it seems people will attack sorces of information, blindly refuse to see new or other peoples information. And if all else fails, attack the source of information. From there it seems to goto
if-then situations, Of verying degree's of practicalty and emotional responses if any feedback is given in this fragal chain of events. People tend to get quite pissy when you spoil there hard work.
And on the topic of hard work, I have noticed that people who do this, Seem to tax them self quite a bit in the process of doing it, And seldom engage in self critical, OR requesting someone to poke holes in there construct.
The final stage of this seems to be that we now have this quizi-real construct. It impacts the world in such a way as though this thought form had a basis in physics. And once established any questioning tends to be met with a barrage of assult....unless it is almost forgotten, Then it seems to be able to mutate and take new life
now I will ask, people shoot this full of holes, but if you do do it from begining to end.

impact and resoultion
I think I will spend some time to give my emotions there due, and then proceed as needed. But lessons I have learned
Never expect from another what they expect from you, it will often enrage them
People can at will diminish there own intelect in need, if it helps them prove a point
Peoples ability to avoid discomfort can move mountins at need
all the faults I see in others is as true for them as it is for me,
But quite often qualtys you admire in another prove to be paper thin at times
so reflecting apon that. what does it say of me.
alwase remember, the person who warns you of another, warns you of them self.

do the sands of the past not shape today?
How can the sands of the past not shape this day?
How is it one can live there childhood in a faith and not be shaped by it?
One could say that they carry none of it with them when they change faiths, But they still carry the lessons learned.
Every day is shaped by the ones before it, How can one say yesterday has not shaped them, becouse they are diffrent then what they were then?
How can people say that i had those values there, but now i am this.
so i am not shaped by what i learned then. I could think of no graver insult to the past.
And if one can insult there past as such, then this day you may someday insult the values you have today.
At times it is not a matter of the values you were raised with. At a point one must ask. If a person can cast of all of there values of there spirtual raiseing to do a job, Then one must question this. Do you wish this person to lead you?
Some of us have had to do that, And it is a task that only functions when it is done in the half mesure. When one can purly remove all there own values, One begins to becomes capable of acts that border unspeakable.
And when one becomes capable of the unspeakable, soon there will be a word for it.
I will admit there may be nothing new under the sun, as some would say. But as soon as something is forgotten, it tends to become remembered and all to often relived.
paths, be them all diffrent are there as a vechical of wisdom. They bind us to the lessons learned by those who come before us. Though the people who come after me may choose a diffrent path,
IF they do so becouse they found the path they were called to walk
then all i ask is they live there path to its wisdom, and forget not the values they learned in the path they left.
The lessons you learn from your paths faults. at times may be the dearest lessons of all.

Odd encounter today:
I drop some change in Hess in carlisle Pa.
Person next to me stoops to pick some up to.
He pockets what he picks up,
I look and say nothing at first for a moment to ponder the value of $0.15 cents.
I ponder what the value of the moral impact of this event is and then decide to act.
I then say in a tone of admeration "WOW!! what an asshole, i drop some change and you stoop down infront of me to pick it up and pocket it"
the guy reaches into his pocket and pulls out some change and proceeds to say "i have change"
I reach into my pocket and pull out a quarter and toss it to the floor and say "its all good, here have another"
I can respect the Gall it took to blatently do that, although it is a petty amount of currency. IT was still done in a store full of people and infront of the person who droped it. I understand the other person was from oversea's. And things might be diffrent were he is from...But in this chunk of dirt i view it as him enableing me to be a jackass and I thank him for that.
Quite frankly I am more offended at the exploitation of social norms to get away with thieft, then the thieft its self. It pains me to relise that our culture has gotten to the point were One can conduct thieft in view of everyone. And count on peoples indiffrence (just mind your own buisness) And the cultural apathy (meh, its not worth it). What offends me is not the act, But that people can use our cultures apathy in such a way to exploit it. Its not the change out of my pocket. Its that understanding the common person has of that social meme that worrys me that it may someday break my leg.

When you look at the faults people have,
they are yours to
When you look in the news or history and see monsters
they could be us
people live being a hair breath away from being a monster
and never know it
The woman who lets the new bf sodimise her child...for reasons as simple as a meal ticket to painful as disbelief
The Jews who knew the NAZI's were comeing, but did not flee becouse they were comfortable and it couldent happen to them...and what they heard was impossable
The Soldier who follows orders, who wrote the blank check of with his life
The onlooker who does not goto the aid of someone being killed...or even call the police
things such as this, may inspire us to make other mistakes to avoid repeting the same mistake
They are us
When you look in the mirror and do not see
What monster and greatness we are all a breath away from being
When you look in the Mirror ask your self this
Will I lead and choose my own path, rewards and burdons
Will I simply Follow and accapt what fate bestows
In both we are once blessed and thrice cursed
Psycholigy will often tell us we are the products of our enviroment
Priests will Often provide a path to live a moral life at the core if not in the details
A Con man can make nearly anyone a mark
Police knew that anyone can be the suspect, And its never the suspects fault
They are us
it is when we serve the bodys urges with out thought of why

Hitler,Rockafeller, Bill Gates,Al Copone, Saint Joan of Arc, Siddhartha Gautama. Albert Einstein.
These are people who chose there own path. All of them have endured hardship, risk, uncertany and faced peer rejection and demonizeing or peer idolization....and seldom anything inbetween
They are us
We can choose to live by there example
Not the one of the acts they did
But why they did them
By how they did them
They all choose there relation to the world in the acts they took
The details of there deeds are minor in this reflection
it is the Character of there personalty, soul and will
They May of Choose to act in there own way
They May of responded to a Calling
But they had the will to forge a path
Tho Many had fallen and may or may not of recovered in the end
Tho some lost there life with the risk they knowingly took the risk
They knew when to lead
And a good follower is also a good leader
choose your actions and inactions with care
sing a song for the greatness of people
cry a tear for those who died nameless
a moment of rage for the monsters before us
but remember reflection and temperance in all actions
